John Lavine, ASLA

Mr. Lavine is the On Point Planning and Design Manager who oversees the department’s design and planning projects. He earned his Master of Landscape Architecture from Ball State University in 2018. He has experience with professional designing, community planning, facilitating public meetings, and managing projects. He has ten years of landscape design experience and five years of urban planning experience. He is proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and ArcGIS. He has previously worked on projects including the:
