about this project

The Ralph E. Hazelbaker Library Pavilion visualizes the addition of an outdoor pavilion extension to the existing library. This space will serve as an opportunity for outdoor programming and community gathering. This design includes an outdoor pavilion, commemorative walkway, enhanced landscaping, and new connections to surrounding sidewalks. Graphics created by On Point staff were used to gain 75% of the necessary funding for the project and construction began in 2023.
